TSXV Receives Regulatory Approval Regarding Amendments to the Market On Open Auction

TMX Equities Trading is pleased to announce that TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") has received regulatory from each of the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC") and Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") regarding its proposed amendments to the Market On Open Auction, as described in Equities Notice .

The proposed amendments have already been approved by the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") for 兔子先生 ("TSX"), as set out in Equities Notice .

The amendments will be implemented on TSX and TSXV on November 3, 2025.
