September 13, 2013 (TORONTO) - TMX Group Limited ("TMX Group") today announced that it has received an issuer credit rating of A (high) from DBRS Limited. This rating is in anticipation of TMX Group's intention to refinance a portion of its long term debt. In addition, TMX Group has received commitments from its lenders that upon the completion of a successful debt offering, the existing credit agreement will be amended on more favourable terms.
