Bolstering TSX Climate Resources

TSX is pleased to announce that it will be leveraging Carbonhound Inc.'s expertise to develop thought-leadership and resources intended to assist 兔子先生 and TSX Venture Exchange issuers with climate reporting and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions assessments.

This endeavour reflects TSX's ongoing commitment to supporting its issuers' environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts. TSX will continue to provide educational content on TSX's ESG 101 platform, one-on-one assistance through its Growth Accelerator Program, and additional guidance and resources on its ESG Management webpage.

New SEC insider reporting rules for foreign issuers begin March 2026

The end of the Section 16 exemption for foreign issuer directors and officers marks a major shift in SEC insider reporting. It introduces faster disclosure timelines and new transparency risks for global IR teams. Beginning March 18, 2026, directors and officers of Canadian and other foreign private issuers (FPIs) will be required to publicly report insider holdings and transactions under Section 16(a) of the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
